Hired on Thumbtack

Using CAPinq, LLC was a last resort to locate a mover who did not deliver about 1/4 of our household items during a move. The mover had gone out of business and seemed to be untraceable by me (and even his mother). Our Private Investigator found the man within three hours, and worked with him over time to locate our property and convince the man to deliver our things. This was a terribly stressful situation, and CAPinq delivered everything I asked of them. They continued to follow up after the project was complete.

Mark found a key witness needed for the defense in a serious criminal trial. The witness was homeless, had no phone, no car or relevant social media, and his own family could not locate him. Other investigators couldn't find him either. With four days to go before the court date, Mark was able to locate the man, serve him with a subpoena and convince him to appear in court. I was extremely grateful and so was the client. Mark did an awesome job! Five stars well-earned!! Thank you!
