Very thorough and made sure to show us throughout the process stretching carpets and then cleaning. Even cleaned two other area rugs not on our list at no extra cost. Very personable and trustworthy.

Very happy with this company! Quickly responded to my request for carpet cleaning post party and post puppy dog visit (who was not house traine). Communicated very well, showed up on time and I came home to stain free carpets! Will use them on a regular basis!
