- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make the experience simple, transparent, and stress-free. 1. Thorough Evaluation – We perform a detailed inspection to identify the root cause of the problem, whether it’s foundation movement, water intrusion, structural damage, or crawlspace moisture. 3. Honest Recommendations – We’ll explain our findings in plain language, answer your questions, and present repair options that fit your home’s needs and your budget. We only recommend the work that’s necessary. 4. Detailed Written Proposal – You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the recommended repairs, products, warranties, timeline, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect. 5. Professional Installation – Our experienced team completes the work using high-quality materials and proven installation methods while treating your home with care and respect. 6. Final Walk-Through – Once the project is complete, we review everything with you, answer any remaining questions, and make sure you’re completely satisfied before we consider the job finished. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience, including 15 years building custom homes from the ground up. That background gave me an in-depth understanding of how foundations, structural framing, drainage, and moisture management all work together to protect a home. In addition to my construction experience, I’ve completed extensive manufacturer and product training on foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, structural stabilization, and moisture control solutions. I stay current with new products, installation methods, and industry best practices so I can recommend the most effective solution for each home. I believe experience is just as important as formal training. Every home is different, and after inspecting thousands of homes over the years, I’ve learned that the best repair starts with correctly diagnosing the problem—not simply selling the biggest repair.
