- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would love the opportunity to have a plumbing professional come out and assess the scope of work necessary and offer repair options. We do have a $49.00 dispatch fee, if you decide to move forward with the repairs that are recommended, the dispatch fee is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Richmond, the first contact they have is with a Facilitator of Awesome Customer Experiences (FACE Agent). That FACE Agent will help our customer find the best day and time frame to have a plumbing professional come out and assess the plumbing issue. The plumbing professional will make recommendations based on the specific circumstances of the job.
