Trent is wonderful. He came in to provide a free estimate, then returned about an hour later with everything he needed to fix the leak. He suggested additional repairs, not to upsell the project, but to prevent future problems. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.
