The office responded to me almost immediately when I put in my request on Thumbtacks. Made an appointment to come today between 12:00 and 3:00 and they were here at 12:15. Everything was explained to us as soon as he finished his inspection. I was given a very reasonable quote and the work was done right then. He did a great job and completely cleaned up after himself. Very nice young man, very professional. Highly recommend.
The photo shows what was behind the back panel in the freezer area. The automatic defroster unit had gone bad.
