Hello, I’m Eugene Pendleton. While I’ve enjoyed a tremendous career of 25 years as a residential builder, My hands on skills and knowledge have yielded a diverse background in residential building and interior carpentry. From installing crown molding to custom kitchen and bathrooms design and installation to built in bookcases to working with oak, heart pine or poplar to installing barn doors to building a custom cabinet or fire place mantel in my wood shop, it gives me the most wonderful satisfaction to my clients smile when the job is complete. I also have a class A contractors builders license Modern Design LLC, specializing in custom kitchens, additions, home renovations, and new construction. I asked Gene Pendleton of Pendleton Consulting to design custom built-in bookshelves for my living room to store my large (4000+) collection of records. He proposed the perfect design for my space and was able to start the project right away. The result was everything I hoped it would be. The quality of materials and the craftsmanship were excellent. I was very impressed with the level of detail Gene brought to the job. The bookshelves integrated seamlessly into the rest of the room. Highly recommended for any of your carpentry projects!
