We contacted several cleaning services via Thumbtack and Ron & Nuvia of @ Your Service were the first to respond and set up an appointment. Nuvia arrived promptly for our initial meeting. After speaking to Nuvia and reviewing the references, we knew this was the cleaning service we wanted for our home. My home was spotless after the initial cleaning and it actually inspired me to organize my bathrooms and bedrooms. I wanted my drawers and closets to match the rest of the house. Nuvia is very prompt and reliable and keeps me informed via text message, (which was my method of choice) about the time she will be arriving for the service. In addition, she is flexible so if there is a conflict she will re-adjust our cleaning time to a mutually agreed upon date. I cannot say enough positive things about @ Your Service and Nuvia. Since hiring this team to do our cleaning I find that I have less stress and more time to do other projects and activities. I am highly satisfied and very happy we selected Nuvia and @Your Service. One more thing, Nuvia herself is one of the nicest most positive people I that I have met. ?

Ms. Beth B. was seeking a company that cleans rugs and she agreed to go with our company for her rug cleaning.I had emailed her and asked her if we we're picking up or cleaning on location. She didn't respond until almost three weeks later. She wrote on Thumbtack and said she was sorry for the delay.( It was April 4th ) she asked if I can clean her rugs that week. I had explained that I booked that week solid due to Me going to Florida to see my 84 year old mom that needed to see me. I told her That I was willing to get her done that Friday the 8th or Saturday the 9th. As is thumbtacks method, They do not release the client's information. It is up to the client to give it out. I also told her to go on my website and fill out a online appointment so I can get her info to get to her house. I told her that once I received it I will confirm with her via thumbtack or text. I never received her info. As she did last time. Since she didn't respond at the beginning. I thought she would respond when she was ready. I was in Florida from the m13th to the 18th. I got a notification via Thumbtack that I received a review. Being that I was in Florida at the time. I read the review on my phone and called her right away. She didn't answer so I left a message. When I got back to RVA I text her and told her I never received her info. I told her to please explain how I failed her and How My wife and I have worked hard for over 25 years to keep our reputation 5 stars rated. I told her to please get in contact with me that I was sure it was a miss communication. She did not respond. I called her last week and left a message on her phone for her to please contact me and lets figure out what went wrong. She hasn't responded yet. I have been in business for over 25 years. We are a full service company from Carpet cleaning to home cleaning air duct and dryer vent cleaning and tile & grout cleaning. We take pride in the quality work that we offer and our lenght in business show the result. We promise you a five star service as you consider to hire our company in the future. We have some special pricing on our website available to all our clientele for all our services. You just need to visit our site for up to date deals for our clientele.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part of our professional cleaning services deals on the daily base with new clientele. When the client first gets us a call we try to find out The need of the client. It's very important to us to listen to what the client is asking for. Most of the time she can give a close estimate to give the client a better idea of what they are dealing with and once we set up the appointment we can come to a final agreement before work begins. This process normally begins with air Duct Clean and Carpet and upholstery cleaning. With our maid service we like to meet up with the client look at the property that needs to be cleaned come up with the first time cleaning and get to know the client and what is important to the client. Let's face it there are quite a bit of companies out in the marketplace what separates us is that we pay close attention to detail. We want to find out what is important to the client so that we can provide the best service available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified without air duct and dryer vent cleaning and the contamination with the air care certification since 2009. We are I ICRC certified for the carpet and upholstery cleaning services. We have taken extensive training without maid cleaning services which has given us the elite service award from home advisor. Since 2006.
