What stood out most was their integrity—every diagnosis I’ve researched afterward has checked out. Their pricing is fair, the workmanship is top-notch, and they even provided a helpful report card summarizing the visit. I’d love to see photos included in future reports to visually support their findings - not out of doubt, but for added clarity.

My sister referred Southern Goodman to us after she needed a unit replaced and had nothing but great things. We ended up needing quite a bit of work done to our home that was in the middle of summer also that was a bit more financially than what we were expecting. Down to the repair being scheduled the following week along with financing made this headache into a very stress free fix. The company and the crew receives a full 5 star rating!!!! This company from the very first call were extremely professional and accommodating. When the plumber crew arrived they were on-time and wasted no time assessing the issue. They also discovered other things that should be addressed at a later date.
