Very helpful in helping us understand what was happening with our almost twenty year old water heater that most likely will have to be replaced in the near future. The courteous and knowledgeable repairman educated us on the importance of a maintenance plan with So Good Plumbing that would provide annual cleaning and other services. For a short term fix my husband replaced the top burned out heating element.

This is a wonderful company! Tino, the plumber came to my home within 3 hours of me contacting the company. It was an urgent repair-hole in our pipe under our house that was from the sewer line-it was leaking all over our crawl space. Tino stayed until 8 pm-he found and repaired several pipes that were leaking. I give this company a 10! I am grateful to have found such hard-working and reliable people!

The service guy was amazing. Not only did he tale the time to talk to me about the problem, he provided a list of what the issue could be and the steps, in order, of how he would address the problem. Thankfully it was the first option. Because of his attention to my issue, I decided to sign up for a service plan. Awesome people, including the scheduling team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical dispatch fee is $99 for most jobs. We do waive that for first time Thumbtack customers if they choose to go through with repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer Service Representative will contact you to review your service needs and timing. Once that is completed, our Dispatcher will follow up with the scheduled time and the name of the team member who will be assisting you. When the team member arrives at your location, they will fully assess what needs to be done and provide you with a quote before any work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers and HVAC Technicians participate in weekly trainings every Friday. These sessions range from customer interaction training to technical skill development. In addition, we hold a three-day comprehensive training event each year.
