Sam was great! He quickly determined where the leak was and made the repair. The communication from staff about who was coming and when was exceptional. Very pleased and the price was fair too. I would hire them again if the need arises.

Their pricing is fair, the workmanship is top-notch, and they even provided a helpful report card summarizing the visit. I’d love to see photos included in future reports to visually support their findings - not out of doubt, but for added clarity.

My sister referred Southern Goodman to us after she needed a unit replaced and had nothing but great things. We ended up needing quite a bit of work done to our home that was in the middle of summer also that was a bit more financially than what we were expecting. Down to the repair being scheduled the following week along with financing made this headache into a very stress free fix.
