Sam was great! He quickly determined where the leak was and made the repair. The communication from staff about who was coming and when was exceptional. Very pleased and the price was fair too. I would hire them again if the need arises.

They came out to check our HVAC and was able to help us fix the diagnosis we were able to get referred to a plumber as well. We didn't even know that our home had a leak underneath . He was able to fix the problem right away. Everyone was Professional right on time great experience. I will definitely use their service again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical dispatch fee is $99 for most jobs. We do waive that for first time Thumbtack customers if they choose to go through with repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer Service Representative will contact you to review your service needs and timing. Once that is completed, our Dispatcher will follow up with the scheduled time and the name of the team member who will be assisting you. When the team member arrives at your location, they will fully assess what needs to be done and provide you with a quote before any work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers and HVAC Technicians participate in weekly trainings every Friday. These sessions range from customer interaction training to technical skill development. In addition, we hold a three-day comprehensive training event each year.
