I had Silas B. come fix my heat pump. He kept an open communication, while updating me before and after every step he took along the way. He exhibited exceptional professionalism. In the end, the job was perfectly fixed and I’m excited about it. Kudos Silas B. For your service and professionalism! PS: Albeit the exceptional quality of work done, I feel the cost of fixing the system was a bit on the high side.

Sam was great! He quickly determined where the leak was and made the repair. The communication from staff about who was coming and when was exceptional. Very pleased and the price was fair too. I would hire them again if the need arises.

I had my unit serviced today and after the technician left the unit stopped working properly. When I called I didnt get the answer I wanted but Sampson the owner came out to make sure my family had heat and correct the issue. Had a great conversation, he definitely cares about his customers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical dispatch fee is $99 for most jobs. We do waive that for first time Thumbtack customers if they choose to go through with repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer Service Representative will contact you to review your service needs and timing. Once that is completed, our Dispatcher will follow up with the scheduled time and the name of the team member who will be assisting you. When the team member arrives at your location, they will fully assess what needs to be done and provide you with a quote before any work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers and HVAC Technicians participate in weekly trainings every Friday. These sessions range from customer interaction training to technical skill development. In addition, we hold a three-day comprehensive training event each year.
