Andy called me back within 30 minutes of me posting the job. He was down to our store and actually met me to review the job by the end of the same day I posted it. This really impressed me. Andy was not the lowest, nor the highest price. But very reasonable. He submitted a daft outline as promised and was very accomodating when wanting to make changes. He gave me a target date for completion but was actually a week early. Wow. How many times has that happened with other services! Not many! The shelving units Andy did for us at Segway were absolutely gorgeous. They were installed to perfection which was hard given the layout of the space. Andy without question exceeded my expectations. Great work; very professional and precise. He gutted a bathroom and tiled and installed a new toilet, pedestal sink and fan/light, and put up bead board. I would definitely utilize his services again.

Andy was great! We interviewed several contractors to complete a list of home repairs at a rental property. Andy's prices were very fair, he completed the project on time and within our budget. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For some jobs I have a square foot price ,but most of time I have figure out on time and material rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them to discuss the project they need done or help with. I like to find out what there expectations are. Sometimes they need help with deciding on what products to use and I can offer them different options. Them we can work out time Fram of work to be done and cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do enjoy going to the home shows when they come to town to see what new products have come to market.
