I reached out to RentADump earlier this week after a tenant I evicted left my place filthy which includes grass over a foot tall, appliances I had to throw out due to what was inside, old furniture, clothes, rotted food everywhere, etc while working around all kind of bugs. Josh came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, communicated well and really cleaned this place out the next day. The Google drive is two videos of the before from the inside and out. The attached pics is how great the team of Josh, Robert and Tripp completed the task. They found and removed trash in places I missed like the second part of my shed. I would highly recommend them to any person looking for a clean out and lawn maintenance although the business rents dump trucks also

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fixed prices with no surprise fees (unless you damage or overload our equipment). The price quoted takes care of the number of days our dumpsters will be in use, the Landfill fees, Fuel, and labor costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go over dos and don'ts. Ask what they need. How can we help. Quotes and time lengths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been towing trailers for years. One of us comes from a construction background and the other from a moving background. We both have had industrial and warehouse experience combined with Lean Sigma Six Certifications.
