I had engaged them to do two things. One was to replace a light fixture and the other was to troubleshoot why my breaker was tripped. There were two different charges quoted. When they arrived, he did a great job replacing my fixture. We began discussing the effort related to troubleshooting the fuse being tripped. I told them not to worry about it because it appeared to be too much effort to find the problem. The guy walked over and flipped the circuit breaker and it worked. He didn't actually perform any root cause analysis to determine the problem. But he charged me the entire amount that he quoted -$75 to flip the circuit breaker. I questioned the charge and he said that he should be paid for flipping it.
