Introduction: From the turning of the tassel to the first look on your wedding day, Romanello Photography captures life’s greatest moments. Hi! My name is Mary and I’m a Virginia photographer. I’ve always had a passion for photographer and my business started growing when I came to college. As a graduate from Christopher Newport University, I was challenged to take on new heights in and out of the classroom. I decided to start Romanello Photography. Headshots: $100 for 15 minute session Families of 5 or less: $250 for an hour session Seniors: $225 for hour session Families of 6 or more: $350+ for hour session

Mary was a pleasure to work with! She was easy to coordinate place and time and even rescheduled when my husband got sick before our originally scheduled date. She was on time and so sweet with our whole family, especially our two little girls. Our family photos are beautiful - definitely recommend Romanello Photography!

Mary Romanello does excellent work. She listens to clients' wishes to get all the shots on their list and she provides photos in a timely manner. She works with clients to pose in the best way and she also takes great candid shots. Her editing skills are fabulous. We are thrilled with our photos.

Mary has done such phenomenal work for our family. She took our engagement pictures and had a great turnover time that gave us ample time to send out our wedding invitations. Her demeanor and personality shine through while taking pictures. My husband does not enjoy taking pictures, and he also loved having Mary take our pictures. We will absolutely be using Mary again for photography!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting to know them like I know my friends. I want the experience to be fun, real, and natural for the people I'm taking pictures of. Everyone has a different comfortability and style for how they want photos and I will consult with a client on the phone before the photoshoot to make sure you get the photos you dream of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a super fun experience taking a few classes in high school so when I got to college, I started taking photos of my friends and family to begin practicing. I also photograph professionally for my 9-5 job and it's fun to be behind the camera capturing art.
