- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the scope of work, materials, and project requirements. We focus on delivering quality workmanship and long-term value rather than cutting corners. We also work with insurance claims and can assist customers throughout the claims process when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to better understand the customer’s needs, vision, and project goals. We then schedule a site visit to evaluate the scope of work and provide a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we send the contract for electronic signature and proceed with the initial payment in order to coordinate scheduling, materials, permits (if needed), and project timelines. Throughout the entire project, we maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish while delivering quality results and professional service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, restoration, roofing, and exterior projects. We continuously stay up to date with industry standards, building codes, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality results on every project. In addition, our company has extensive experience working with insurance-related repairs, mitigation projects, and restoration services. As a result, we maintain all required licenses, certifications, and qualifications necessary to perform the services we provide professionally and in compliance with local regulations.
