- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gutters, downspouts, and gutter guard are priced per foot. I charge reach customer the same current pricing per foot. Whether you live in a cozy home or a large house, I'm going to charge the same per foot. My first price is my best. I'm not out to make a killing, just a living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer if available, measure the house, and work up the quote. It's a quick process and I do not believe in any high pressure sales.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been installing gutters and working on homes since I was 15 years old. I started out working for companies, but started my own business in 2021. We do residential and commercial and are never finished until the customer is pleased.
