- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 2hr minimum is required for all services rendered ($110 is the base-rate for 2hr minimum), $55/hr for subsequent hours after initial two hour minimum, an estimate is included in the 2hr minimum if hired, the rate for "estimates only" without hire is $110, 10% off discounts are provided to Military, First Responders, Healthcare Professionals, and Teachers, Payments are required to be paid in full, for all services rendered, on the same day of service... Please be advised, outstanding invoices or refusal to make payment once services have been rendered will result in the issuance of a"Notice of Intent to Lien." This is a preliminary notice informing the property owner/client of a mechanics lien that will be filed if the delinquent balance has not been resolved within 30 days after the service was provided. RATES AND ESTIMATES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick line of communication between myself and new clients is key. I'll might ask for more information or pictures to assess the type of services that will be needed. We then schedule an appointment to move forward with the service. On the day of our appointment I will call or text shortly before arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job training from trade-masters in most facets of general contracting in residential and commercial capacities.
