Al did a bathroom renovation which included relocating plumbing to accommodate two sinks to a different wall and electrical wiring for a new vanity light. He was very responsive and kept me updated. He gladly did extra work along the way. Overall pleased with how it turned out.
Al repaired all the items I needed fixed per a house inspection for the sale of my home. He was fast, inexpensive & a very good communicator. I definitely would recommend him for any projects you need done around the house!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer includes pictures in his/her job request, most likely I will be able to give a quote instantly. In some cases, I have to actually see the proposed job. I then will give a quote including time it will take to finish the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the saying goes " The best teacher never went to school". Twenty plus years of property maintenance experience is what I can call "an education".
