FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What customers you know about our pricing is that we do not charge hourly we charge flat rate depending on the project. All the projects we take on most especially the ones booked ahead of time require a deposit that deposit is 10% or $1000 which one is cheaper but if the customer requires us to buy materials, we require a list of deposit to buy the materials
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we request for the address and pictures of the project. This way we are able to provide a estimate online, but if they require us to come in and give a estimate, we can come and give a estimate only for special projects since we have experience with working with multiple projects.. Once we provide the client with the estimate and they would like to move forward, they approve it and sign it. Each estimate estimate comes with a deposit that is required to secure the job in. Date and time is provided once we come to do the project whether the Client provides materials that will provide the materials we come and get started with a job. The client pays us best of what we’ve done so most of our estimates and projects are broken down Client pays best of what we finish Not 50th the deposit 50 at the end I don’t do that. Once the job is complete, the client confirms does a walk-through and decides if they want to give us a five star view and most of our products have a six month warranty
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide education for all our employees on a biweekly best to make sure that we stay up to court and also we keep our uniform throughout all the projects
