FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TruBlue is highly focused on developing a long-term relationship with our customers to support them in maintaining their home for as long as they own the property. We like to meet our new customers face-to-face at a time that is convenient for them and gain a full understanding of their property and project(s) needs. We will do a free assessment and provide a detailed estimate for them to evaluate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our handyman team has a broad and diverse background of experience in general household maintenance as well as specific areas of specialty, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Our organization trains with Age Safe America and works with the National Association of Home Builders to become Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As local owners of this business, we recognized a need to have a readily available team that could support homeowners with the smaller "To-Do" list projects around their homes. Furthermore, as owners with aging parents, we recognized the need to have a team in place that can support the aging population in our community in modifying and maintaining their homes in order to safely Age-in-Place for as long as possible.
