- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based off of the level of cleaning needed for your home, the sizing of the space(s), and the amount of products I will end up needing to use to complete the job. I try my best to be as clear as possible and will negotiate to try to work with each customer I come across. However, I am aware of the service I provide and will not downplay my work and pay as cleaning is a very detailed and time consuming job. As well, for reoccurring services I will provide a price drop after the initial deep clean and allow for addons for each clean as requested while making it clear that additional fees will be added for that specific cleaning period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My new customer experience includes an ****************** to introduce myself while also hearing from the customer specifically what they would like done and taking notes. From there setting up an ****************** to provide them with clear details regarding pricing, allow them to ask questions, and ensure we are both on the same page before proceeding with the service. Once completing the service asking them to overview my work and making sure they are pleased with the service that was provided and ensuring that if I did not miss anything that was discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a professional cleaner whom owns their own business and have been cleaning since 2019.
