Kristen Crowder was an excellent choice for selecting the design colors for my master bathroom. From the very beginning, she was punctual and consistently respected my time—an absolute must for professionals who are on the move and often all over the place which causes me to have limited communication exchanges. I felt confident that I could rely on her schedule and her process. What I appreciated most was Kristen’s ability to make strong, informed decisions while clearly explaining the reasoning behind them. My goal for hiring an expert is to benefit from their knowledge, not to have them constantly defer to the homeowner’s preferences. After, taking a walk around our home and getting a sense of our taste, she delivered exactly what I wanted. Moreover, she offered professional recommendations along with a professional presentation which included where to purchase said items. Furthermore, she provided clear rationals for her choices, and guided me confidently toward options that made sense aesthetically and functionally, while taking into account the one constant variable that was not negotiable, which were my floors. Overall, Kristen brought both expertise and professionalism to the project. She made the color selection process efficient, collaborative in the right way, and surprisingly stress-free. Kristen did a wonderful job decorating my new home. She worked with the colors I liked and found pieces that fit beautifully with what I had. I was really impressed with the buffet cabinet she found that helped bring it all together. Highly recommend!
