Hired them the re-key the locks on my property where an eviction was being executed. They declined to give me an estimate upfront and then asked for an exorbitant fee when I had no option but to agree, because the sheriff was waiting. This was barely a 5 minutes job for which I paid $200.
Do not hire them before taking an estimate upfront
