FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair and competitive with my pricing as possible, but I do believe that you pay for quality. I try to provide a most accurate estimate possible and will never charge you more than the agreed upon price, as long as the scope of the project remains the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone conversation about the details of the project and budget. I then put together a timeline and estimate with project milestones that I discuss and share with the client. Once the estimate and timeline are approved I send correspondence via email at each milestone. Milestones typically include rounds of edits and iterations. During the first milestone or concept review I like to have a phone or video conversation to explain the designs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a bachelor's and master's degree in graphic and experiential/exhibit design.
