Working with Keith was one of the better Thumbtack experiences I've had. He responded quickly to all my questions, delivered drafts on time, and was very open to updates and suggestions from me and the bride. She was super happy with the final cut and that's really all that matters. Would be happy to use Keith again for videoediting down the line.

Keith was amazing‼️‼️ I’m very new with editingvideos so I needed help figuring it out. Keith was the first person to respond to me and honestly I’m so happy he did. I’ve learned so much in such a little amount of time. Although it was a phone call, he helped me as if we were in the same room. He was very professional, knowledgeable of how to maneuver around Premiere Pro (which is what I needed help with) and I loved how he personalize our session. Overall I am completely satisfied and will be coming back.
Keith did an amazing job helping me stitch three separate videos that I wanted to become one for my wedding with transitions. From the very first call he listened to my overall vision and helped guide me through his suggestions for making it happen. My daughter wasn’t able to videotape her wedding so I contacted Keith to see what he could do! He made an amazing wedding video using photos and videos made by guests who attended including music played at the wedding. I surprised my daughter at her one month wedding anniversary and she loved it! I’d work with Keith again in a heartbeat!!

Keep in mind that in this profession "you get what you pay for". Try to be flexible with your expectations when it comes to pricing. Also, when planning an outdoor wedding, always, always, always have a rain plan. This will aleviate a lot of the stress associated with outdoor events.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Probably the most important questions to ask are "Do you have a contract" and "Do you require a deposit". You are hiring someone to do perform a service so having written documentation is important.
