We contacted Keith to elope in Williamsburg, VA and he was great! I was impressed! Keith live streamed the ceremony for our families and they loved it. He responded quickly and kept in touch. I wanted something special for me and my husband's seven year anniversary. Since I regretfully never got a videographer for our wedding, I thought documenting our time together with a slide show would be the perfect keepsake. I came to Keith a bit disorganized with very little tech savvy but he was patient with me. Keith took memories and turned them into a movie about our lives, something a phone app could never really accomplish. This was personal. Keith must have gotten to know us through pictures because in a draft he sent, he added the perfect ending for our story. It was so sweet and funny and just reallly, really perfect. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep in mind that in this profession "you get what you pay for". Try to be flexible with your expectations when it comes to pricing. Also, when planning an outdoor wedding, always, always, always have a rain plan. This will aleviate a lot of the stress associated with outdoor events.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Probably the most important questions to ask are "Do you have a contract" and "Do you require a deposit". You are hiring someone to do perform a service so having written documentation is important.
