James and his technicians were incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly and professional in installation of new HVAC systems at our home. James quickly reached out to us, thoroughly examined our current systems and space, provided quotes promptly, clearly explained our options, and gave very competitive rates. Our experience with Air Nerds was so different and so much better than our experience with the three other companies with which we interacted. Since installation a couple months ago, our HVAC systems are working great, we've had no problems, and the team has quickly responded to a couple questions we've had. No question we'll continue to go to Air Nerds for our HVAC and air needs in the future.Update: 2+ years later our systems are going strong and still getting helpful support from this company!

I would highly recommend this business! I met one of this company's technicians in Lowe's, and he seemed professional, so I contacted Air Nerds to have them come out to go through my system as I suspected that something wasn't right with the installation from another company, and they had been unresponsive. Seth and Brian were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I finally feel confident that my six-month-old HVAC system is working as it should! I also appreciate the fact that this company uses modern technology to run its business. It was easy to make an appointment for service online, and as soon as I wrote my check, the invoice for service with photos was sent to me via e-mail.

What an excellent experience with Air Nerds. We woke up on the morning of Friday, December 22 and noticed the heat wasnt working. I reached out to several vendors in the area and most were not willing or able to help for almost a week. Air Nerds responded to my request on Yelp within 20 minutes and were at my home in less than 2 hours from my initial message. They kept me up-to-date on their arrival status, kept me informed on the process throughout and fixed the problem on the same day, which was the result of a faulty hi-low sensor. Ive found good customer service rare in these parts, but this company was fantastic and I would highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

This was an unexpected surprise! Jacob and the team at Air Nerds were amazing to deal with. We woke up the week after Christmas to our downstairs unit not heating at all. We had just moved to the area, so we were still trying to find service companies for our home. After researching a bit, we called Air Nerds and they had us on the schedule for the same day!Jacob was awesome to deal with. He walked us through his entire process and explained what he had found and what the next steps would be. He repaired the main issue and addressed some other minor concerns at the same time.I knew that the system was a bit on the older side, so I honestly was expecting a small sales pitch that we needed a new system. This was behavior that I had become accustomed to with some of the big name HVAC companies. But no, not once did Jacob try that. He was honest and only addressed issues that we had or could end up having. It was because of his honesty and professionalism that we set up a service agreement with Air Nerds.
