- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to our Military workers, Healthcare Workers, and Law Enforcement workers. I also offer a discount for paying in full for services. And offer payment plans to help clients be able to pay over time. At the time of booking a $150 non refundable deposit is due. Although the deposit is not refundable, if a situation arises where you just need to change the dates then that $150 can be transferred to a new date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial phone call with each client to get all of the details for their upcoming day. To learn about their expectations and all the ways I can help to make their day perfect and filled with memories. After booking a client, I email sample scripts. Once my clients have picked out a template, then I go in and break down the ceremony and personalize it to each individual couple.

I have been doing photography for 30 years and have had the Honor to marry over 300 couples!
