James done a wonderful job. He planned out what I had in mind and made it happen. Works hard does good work and don’t take shortcuts. His price was very reasonable and done a quality job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even though I have been doing this work for 15 years, I just started my own business. I know itll be a slow start as I build my reputation and I'm okay with that. Depending on my availability and the job, I may do projects for next to nothing just to gain a long term customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really enjoy the initial stage of a project. Sitting down and discussing ideas and possibilities are what get me up in the morning. I stay focused on keeping the customer happy even if that means gaining a few gray hairs. I also understand ideas develop so when changes are requested mid project I try to accommodate to the best of my ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through years of trial and error. I made it a mission to work with men that have decades of knowledge and I absorbed all I could in that time. I often take random classes and webinars to better understand projects and plan on continuing to learn every day.
