Southern Appliance & Repair uses flat-rate pricing, and there is no diagnostic fee with a completed repair. We do not charge an hourly rate. We use "The Major Appliance Service National Price Guide", the blue book of appliance repair pricing. Our technicians are able to give you a price before the repair is started. As you may have noticed, appliances aren't as dependable as they were in the days of our parents and grandparents.
