- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay modest. I’m not out to make it rich. No one person is perfect at every job but I do try to provide the customer with an end product that is what was requested and one to be pleased with after completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they want rather than telling them what they want. After a detailed discussion of the project requested, provide a written estimate of work and materials/supplies needed. Make any suggestions based on my own knowledge and experience if requested by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of trials and errors. Keep at it, learn from the mistakes and you don’t stop until it’s right.
