- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the space your items take up in my truck, along with the dump fees and travel involved. I’m always upfront and clear before any work starts, so there are no surprise charges. I offer first-time customer discounts, senior discounts, and I’m always willing to work with people when possible. Every quote is all-inclusive—loading, hauling, fuel, and disposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a description or photos so I can give an accurate estimate. Then we schedule a convenient time, arrive on site, confirm the final price, and get straight to work. After loading everything, we sweep up, haul everything for proper disposal, and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in hauling, demolition, safe lifting, and debris handling. I also run a welding and fabrication business, so I bring extra experience with tools, equipment, safety procedures, and material handling.
