• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is tailored to each project, as every home and job is unique. We’re happy to provide a custom estimate based on your specific needs. This can be done through an in-person walkthrough for the most accurate assessment, or you can send us photos and details of the project, and we’ll provide an estimate from there. Any additional fees or adjustments will always be clearly communicated before work begins.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process is simple and designed to be as smooth as possible for new customers. It starts with an initial conversation to understand your needs and the scope of the project. From there, we provide a custom estimate—either through an in-person walkthrough or by reviewing photos and details you provide. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. On the scheduled day, we arrive prepared, complete the job efficiently, and keep you updated throughout the process. After the work is finished, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and address any questions. Our goal is to deliver quality work with clear communication from start to finish.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  “Our experience is built on hands-on training and years of practical work in home maintenance and repair. In addition, we have professional experience working as a property maintenance technician and supervisor for a college housing development, where we managed a wide range of residential repairs, preventative maintenance, and tenant service needs. This background has given us strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle projects efficiently and professionally. We continue to stay up to date with best practices, tools, and techniques to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality results for every customer. Our focus is on clear communication and delivering solutions tailored to each home’s specific needs.
