For Thumbtack clients, I discount the Editorial Freelancer Association rates by 20%. Other discounts may apply to specific projects.

1. Get a clear understand of project scope and requirements 2. Develop a plan and schedule with milestones for client 3. After client buy-in develop project to meet client's goal 4. Deliver product for client review 5. Make revisions in regard to client's desires 6. Deliver highly polished and professional document on schedule and budget.
