Despite never having met the individual, I was initially hesitant to proceed with other contractors due to reservations. During a telephone consultation, this contractor demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of my project specifications, offering practical sensible suggestions that could potentially reduce costs. The most memorable aspect of our discussion, particularly in contrast to other consultations, was the contractor's specific reference to the details of the project. His direct and insightful approach has been invaluable, especially in highlighting the importance of cost-effectiveness and quality service. Although I have not met him in person, his guidance has been instrumental in helping me achieve my desired quality standards while remaining budget-conscious. I felt this was worth mentioning, it may help others to decide. If we do business, I will provide a follow-up.

Ray and his team were excellent. I had a room that had a caved in ceiling from a leak, so it was not able to be used. The room looks terrific now. He even went the extra mile by verifying and addressing any water/mold damage further down from the ceiling during the repairs. I’m glad I found Ray and Cali Contracting! Very easy to work with. Highly recommend
