Dennis was a pleasure to have--he was punctual, thorough and a good communicator. Dennis can handle a variety of repairs and takes the time to do them right. Our small list of annoying fixes had piled up, we had the parts and knew exactly what needed to be done but needed someone with patience, physical flexibility, and expertise. He replaced a tricky kitchen faucet cartridge and anchored a dishwasher that slid around after installed haphazardly by a plumber. He reinstalled a ceiling light that was not attached firmly and replaced another light fixture in an awkward tight space. He cleared a downspout/sealed gutter and even offered to blow off the tree debris that had accumulated on our garage. He charged a fair price, and we will be happy to hire him again.
