Sublime was hired to do my opening cleaning they came out to give me a quote and looked at pool and equipment seeing nothing was wrong pool had level of water that was evident with dirt line there for months. The day the began cleaning I came by on my lunch break to let dogs out. There was one person as rep identified as trainer left alone doing the work while supervisor was getting chemicals at store. He looked lost or almost panicked. Later at 6 pm I arrived home my pump running with no water in skimmers I contacted rep they said water was there when they left. Must be my equipment yet no water could get to equipment told me to add water try pump again I added water for 5 hours still not enough. Shut off water for the night next daytime to see thousands of gallons out of the inground pool like 12 inches overnight. Called rep asking when he came to bring proof of lic and ins. I was told they could not for 2 months and I could wait. I explained the issue and said you need to come there is a huge hole somewhere. Rep arrived saying that it was a problem before they came and refused to investigate or try to slow leak from causing further damage and I need to hire a leak detection co. I said no this is something that happened yesterday during cleaning and he needed to take care of. Ended up getting very frustrating conversation so I asked him to please leave property. The pool emergency repair tech I called immediately found the issue when his food was sucked through a huge hole in the liner. Note liner was only 5 years old. I’m not sure they have insurance and won’t stand behind their work. As for my pool I’m now on night 5 of finding more damage and trying to not have to buy a new liner as am already out 20000 gallons or more of water. Washed out repairs and a huge mess they don’t think they caused. Beware of this company
