We initially planned to give my childhood home a facelift without spending a fortune, and since we had never worked with a contractor before, we met with multiple companies for quotes. When Marvin and Bri from Blessings General Contractor came by in early January, they immediately stood out. They were kind, thoughtful, professional, and incredibly honest about our needs. Our original plan was simple: paint the entire house, carpet the basement stairs, and install new flooring in the basement. But after seeing Marvin’s dedication and craftsmanship, we knew we were in the best hands—and ended up expanding the project significantly. In addition to the original scope, Marvin and his team flawlessly installed a new kitchen floor, replaced all the doors in the house, mounted curtain rods, upgraded outlets and switches, mounted TVs, replaced all the basement drywall, and more! No matter how many requests we added, Marvin and his team took them on with absolute grace, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their pride in their work shines through in every aspect of our home’s transformation. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they also did so with honesty and warmth.
