I just moved to Virginia, I did makeup for 23 years for tv shows and celebrities in New York City. I've worked on several Fashion Weeks, Project Runway, magazine covers and I train fellow makeup artists. Some of my celebrity clients are Kathy Ireland, Paris Hilton, Eve...I offer 1 on 1 makeup lessons and I can be hired for any event. I am laid back, warm and friendly. I love all faces and I am skilled in asian and african american skin tones and eye shapes as well as caucasians. I can train smaller groups or individuals with product recommendations, I can be hired for travel.

Eva was amazing. She helped me, my mom, my stepmother-in-law, and my maid of honor look and feel incredible. She did a trial for me and my mom to ensure we were comfortable with the look, and when my maid of honor had skin concerns, she even scheduled an additional trial just for her. Her expertise spans all ages, skin tones, and skin types, and she was so considerate and knowledgeable about addressing individual needs. And, on my wedding day, even though there was no trial for my stepmother-in-law, Eva made her feel beautiful and completely at ease. She even helped my husband and his brother with some unexpected touch-ups. If you're looking for someone who is professional, kind, and amazing at what they do, I'd highly recommend Eva. Eva is an amazing makeup artist. She was very kind and made her best effort to understand what I wanted and what would look good for me with an amazing snd professional attitude. She took her time to understand my face and its needs during our make up trial and during my ceremony date, she even did a superior job with my make up. Ava was absolutely fabulous! I was seeking a professional makeup artist to give me an evening glam look for a special night out and Ava was very communicative with me, and very quick to respond right from my initial inquiry up to her arrival. i was in such a bind when i went looking for ava, i was only weeks away from my wedding and extremely worried about how i was going to be showing up. ava carefully heard me out, i was looking for a light dewy soft look and boy did she deliver!! from the trial to the three wedding looks she did for me, i felt extremely beautiful throughout. not only did my mom and my friends love my looks, so many folks commented on how beautiful the make up was. i did not have to explain myself further, ava just understood. but on a deeper level, ava is not only an artist but such a deeply kind soul. she was incredibly respectful of all spaces, folks, and traditions she was around. by the end of the week she felt like family. thank you ava for being the best make up artist a girl can ask for but for also becoming a wonderful friend along the way. so much gratitude!!!! gagan

Came to my home and had a variety of products to try. Showed me how to apply products and patiently watched and instructed my attempts to do the same. Addressed all of my concerns and drew me a diagram for reference. A few days later, responded immediately to several questions and things I had forgotten. Very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend.
