As a single woman having to navigate a roof repair was daunting! Drew was AMAZING! Drew made me feel confident and comfortable about choosing The Taylor Brothers to handle my repair. In December, Drew was able to come the next day to check out a leak in my roof. He is polite and professional- He was able to accurately diagnose and offered to remediate on the spot for a fair price. I have waited till now to write a review because I wanted to see if my issue was really resolved in heavy rain- and I can now say my problem was 100% fixed by Drew’s work. I highly recommend Drew and the The Taylor Brothers.

Mr. Taylor is absolutely honest, awesome, professional and punctual. He is about his work. Every other contractor was trying to get thousands out of me and get me to lie to the insurance company....Not Mr. Taylor. He identified the issue, fixed it and provided me video footage of his awesome work!!!
Extremely professional and courteous. But most of all it was his honesty and integrity that won me over. Please use this contractor for your roofing needs. You will never regret it!!!!!!!!

I collected 3 quotes (attempted a fourth outside of Thumbtack) via Thumbtack for a puncture hole in my roof I was alerted to a few days back. Drew was the first to respond (within the hour) and provided not only the best pricing but was extremely thorough with his examination of the entire roof, not just the area with the hole.
He was able to come out the same day due to working about 25 minutes away on another job. No other vendor was able to accommodate such an immediate request. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible due to rain forecasted for the following day and I do not have a ladder high enough to reach the second story roof to cover the hole with a tarp.
Not only did he do everything that I wanted but he also sealed some potential problem areas on other parts of the roof that had sustained tree branch impacts. Hopefully I won't need to have him back out for any roof repairs but if I need someone he'll be the first person I call. I highly recommend his services.
He also has family in the business and can recommend quality vendors (some family) that can do other work such as remodeling, siding, etc.
