Replaced an old shower valve and bathroom sink drain. Other "pros" wanted to tear down the wall and replace the whole works. This is the real OG of plumbing. Reasonable price and a real pro. Jason is a big guy, like a football player, and can tackle any job. Highly recommended and will from now on be our main plumber. No regrets.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for the repair and I offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, I will set up a convenient time to come out and introduce myself and provide an estimate for the work to be done. My first visit to the home or business I like to perform a free plumbing inspection with the customers approval to make sure there isn't any hidden problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Virginia Master Plumber license and a class B, state contractors license.
