I had a pipe burst in the basement to which water kept flowing hours after the main had been turned off. The company I had been using for years was not treating it as an emergency situation. I communicated with Jason the night before (when it burst) and the next day. He squeezed me in the next afternoon and came to my home to assess the problem and fixed everything in an hour! No more water leaking from pipe. I would definitely recommend his company for any plumbingrepairs. He handled my situation with attention and care which is rare these days!!

I can't say enough good things about Jason. We had a main water line break running from the street to my mother's house — the ground stayed soggy for weeks before we realized how serious it was. I'd initially had two other guys come out with shovels, but it quickly became clear this was way beyond a simple fix.
Jason came out, assessed the situation immediately, and got to work. My mother is 90 years old, and she and her aide just watched in disbelief at the scale of the job — but Jason was kind, professional, and genuinely charismatic with her the whole time, which meant a lot given the circumstances.
To make things even tougher, this was during a brutal heat wave — triple-digit heat index with Virginia humidity. Despite the conditions, Jason pushed through and crushed it. I was coordinating everything remotely from Brooklyn while my mom was in the DC area, and he kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me huge peace of mind.
On top of all that, he backs his work with a guarantee. Reliable, on time, experienced, and just an amazing person to work with. If there were more than five stars, I'd give them. Can't recommend Jason enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for the repair and I offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm paired with a new customer, I will set up a convenient time to come out and introduce myself and provide an estimate for the work to be done. My first visit to the home or business I like to perform a free plumbing inspection with the customers approval to make sure there isn't any hidden problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Virginia Master Plumber license and a class B, state contractors license.
