estimator called 10 minutes before scheduled appt to say they would be at least an hour late. Unacceptable. Cancelled appt and crossed them off the list of viable contractors.

It was an hour and a half trip to their location I allowed for two and a half hours to be on the safe side I was stuck in traffic on 66 and 495. I called an hour before I was supposed to be there they were to totally rude and must be pretty miserable people to lie on a review trying to make someone else look bad. Absolutely ridiculous. Nice guy but disorganized and could not complete project in the contracted time period. We had to fire Brian and still has not returned $500 of the work not completed. I would recommend to look at other pool companies.Update 11-17 Reply to Brian update. We gave him multi times to complete the job. He admitted he under bid the project to win. The project was bigger than one person. My family lost over $2000.00 for Job not completed. We hired another contractor to complete the job. He is nice guy for small projects. I even asked Brian to do other jobs to make up for the $500. He came by but never returned to complete the $500 job.

I quit the job because they refused to pay a little extra for demolition. when I had given them a more than fair price and knowing who they used to finish the job they will be right back where they started in 3 to 5 years. Mark C. has a total lack if common sense and really needs to stop posting false things online before he gets sued for slander. I'm a nice guy for small projects LOL. I've been renovating pools since 2002 and nothing I've done has ever failed. Mark C. has a major nightmare coming when the shoddy patch work fails and areas that weren't cracked start cracking. He had the man but chose an amature to finish the job. I know who plastered the pool and they are amature as well they mix the plaster like water and add excessive amounts of calcium chloride. The pool will be white mottling galore and rough as sand paper in a few years.
