Just moved into a new house and needed a plumber because we were having water pressure issues in different rooms. Shaun replaced 2 cartridges, 2 supply valves, the pressure reducing valve and a thermal expansion tank, and everything has been working much better since.
Shaun was great — very personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was quick, thorough, and professional throughout the whole process.
Pricing also seemed fair compared to the average quotes I found online. Overall, really happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

My experience with Deans Plumbing on the afternoon before Thanksgiving 2025 was nothing g short of miraculous. In less than 5 minutes from my initial request a representative called me to say she had a workman in the area and could she send him to my house. He arrived exactly on time, was considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained and demonstrated for me what the issue was and gave me the estimate for repair on the spot. Look no further. Shaun is fantastic. Tough job in small space and instead of creating more cost for me in drywall repair, he was able to replace leaking sink components without tearing my sink away from the bathroom wall. Not easy.

We contact the customer and based on their plumbing needs we schedule a qualified technician to assess the issues, provide a cost estimate and a time frame to start and complete the job.
