I had an excellent experience with ZTT Climate Control. The technician was professional, fast, and efficient from start to finish. He responded to my message immediately and was at my house within the hour. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my AC unit and made sure I understood all of my repair options without any pressure or upselling. I appreciated his honesty, clear communication, and fair pricing. It’s hard to find service providers who are this responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Odell was absolutely amazing. He truly saved us when our compressor unexpectedly locked up and needed to replace our entire HVAC. I would recommend 100 times over! Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with him.

My AC went out and Odell was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 40 minutes from the time I put in the request on thumbtack. Highly recommend for your AC needs. Very professional, honest and affordable!
