Introduction: We are totally professional in every way. From the meet and greet of the new potential client and their pets to the final handshake of closing the deal. Your animals are observed for any unusual physical/mental/emotional developments. Sickness that may occur while owner is away. We strive to help pets that have anxiety and stress problems while owner is gone. We work closely with the owner letting them know what exactly is happening with the pet while they are gone then helping to come up with a solution to the pets problem. We love overnights. It helps us to spend more time with the pets, relax and enjoy the evening just as if their owner was there. With routine overnights a bond definitely occurs between sitter and pet. The challenge of resolving a pet that has been rescued by it's owner working with them to help the animal through the process of learning to accept and trust another human being again. Watching the eyes go from fear to an actual smile and knowing that everything in due time will be okay with their pet.

While I was stationed in Yorktown for four years I had a Rhodesian Ridgeback (Shamrock) that I needed care for while I was standing over night duty. I am extremely picky who I have watch her. Dawn was outstanding with her and I could see how much Shamrock loved her from the day they met. Dawn always left feedback to how Shamrock was and her day went. I had her do overnight care while I was on duty and I felt that she had the best care - as if I was with her. She always was punctual and professional. I see how much Dawn loves our (and her) fuzzy kids. She has a big heart and is very patient. She has a vast knowledge about all kinds of animals too. I would recommend Dawn Miller (and have) in a heart beat. I have very high standards with care for Shamrock and Dawn was the answer to my prayers. Not worrying about my fuzzy kid and her care, helped my performance at work. The best part was how much fun Shamrock had with her!
