As a relative beginner who needed support with proper form and routine, Shen is very supportive and responsive to help or fulfill requests such as changing exercises. Great knowledge of the body, workouts, and diet and is friendly but still pushes you in a good way. I highly recommend Shen as a trainer!

    For personal training sessions: 60/hr; 55/hr for 10+ sessions For nutrition guidance sessions(Online or add on to personal training): 40/30min; 200 for 3 sessions + 3 day meal plaan; 350 for 5 sessions + full week meal plan.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
