FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discount all military - active AND veterans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a message from a client we will reach out to get a brief description. If it seems like a good fit, we will schedule a site visit and discuss the customer's vision. We will then go back to the office and develop a proposal that will be emailed to the customer. If estimate is acceptable, a basic contract will need to be signed and then we arrange for a down payment and schedule the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After retirement from the U.S. Navy Seabees my business partner and I started a small general contracting business.
