Excellent Contracting/Handyman Work - Highly Recommended! I had one of those bad driving moments where I managed to completely knock over a brick mailbox post. Not my finest hour! I needed someone reliable to fix the damage, and Cody and Childers Services exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. Cody was incredibly quick to respond to my initial inquiry, which I really appreciated when dealing with this kind of unexpected situation. What impressed me most was the detailed estimate they provided - rather than giving me a vague quote, they took the time to break down exactly what the work would involve and the associated costs. The professionalism continued throughout the entire process. Cody presented his contractor license up front, which immediately put me at ease about working with him. He also worked directly with my insurance company to get the job done, which saved me a huge headache during an already stressful situation. He worked with the resident (What? You think I'd hit my own mailbox? Go big or go home!) and made the process flow. The final work was absolutely spot on and came in on budget. The mailbox looks as good as new - you'd never know there was ever any damage! (Although, my SUV begs to differ. It's a bit sensitive about its new backside.) The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed efficiently. Childers services LLC did an amazing job at our home. We needed to remove and replace our front door with sidelights. Cody and his crew communicated through out the process. Even uncovered rot and water damage under the door. This damage added to our total but it needed to be done and they worked carefully to remove all the rot and replace a small portion of subfloor and side trim. The crew then flashed, caulked and installed the door and brickmould. Thank you
