FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our clients to identify budgets and cost objectives in relation to their expected ROI, therefore we don't have a standard pricing format. Every production is different so we make certain our pricing reflects their project, not someone else's. That said however we exceptionally affordable - we are certain you will be very pleased!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very consultative. Some of our clients have a great understanding of exactly what they want, while others simply know what they want to achieve and then there are some who need help with every detail. We help our clients understand what they can achieve and help plan every step accordingly. Each project starts with an initial in depth conversation about objectives, who the target audience is, how and where the video will be shown and used. After we go through this step, we set up a project calendar which identifies the timing of key steps, deliverables etc. We are available as little or as much as our clients need, all the while providing thorough communication so there is no surprises. A simple summary of our process: 1. Identify Objectives - we make certain we know what your looking to achieve 2. Pre-Production - Does the project require storyboarding or scripting? Will there be onscreen titling, voice over, graphical elements? Will there be interviews? Will it be interior or exterior or both? Our preproduction is thorough to avoid headaches after the fact. 3. Production Day(s) Shoot - we asked the right questions to make certain this step goes as smoothly as possible, and if it doesn't our years of experience typically helps us pull through with smiles and the final result we all wanted! 4. Post production - rough cut, voice over, titling, sound, animations - we bring it all together as we planned and present our client the piece to identify any glaring challenges and get sign off. 5. Final production - We clean it up, and get it out of 'rough' status. Do final color corrections and send it back to the client for the final sign off. 6. Upload - we get your new video production sent where you need it for it to make its big debut.
