Introduction: I am a full circle HVAC mechanic. I am a journeyman plumber, pipefitter, HVAC and ARC Flash certified. I have worked on units from residential to the large industrial chillers. I stand by my services and warranty my work. I can purchase most any brand names (Carrier, Trane, York, etc.) at list price minus 30%. Hourly rates depend on the situation. I will not condemn parts unless they are non-functional. I have 22 years' experience in the field. I service: * water heaters * boilers * heat pumps * gas furnaces * air conditioner units Plumbing repair consists of line repairs, well pumps, foot valves, running copper or pvc. I retro-fit mixing valves and install demand heaters in lieu of hot water tanks. I also do drain repair in some cases. I can provide references upon request. My motto is "service before self".
